Spring 23

I was musing on my first blog post and found myself staring at this glass panel in my window. Some years ago I made glass panels for a huge community project. The theme was taken from a parable about birds being able to sit in a large tree because it had grown from a tiny mustard seed into something strong and substantial (photo on the community page). I had cut out these birds but changed my mind about the colour so used them to create this panel. I still like the shapes and remember how difficult the bottom one was to cut!

Since I have not recorded many of the art projects and creations over the last decade I might use this blog to remember and recall my past thinking and ideas as well as new developments.

So this is my very own mustard seed of a post.
